The exercise part was incredible;
I’ve always felt self-conscious about the idea of going to the gym but this programme made it accessible and welcoming. It has been such a boost to my mental and physical health and self-esteem.

As for the ‘mind’ part, I cannot thank the organisers enough. They made it seem transient, normal, healthy and most importantly fixable, which is incredible. I genuinely cannot say how valuable it has been for me, it was life changing.
